soup

 hi my name is Max Thursday we made some soup in the whole clas my group made broccoli soup it was actually really nice and now she is the recipe right here I hope you try making it

2 garlic cloves

450g of potatoes

700g broccoli

175g cheese

1.7l veggie stock

1 tbsp of fresh parsley

1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan on a medium-low heat. Fry the the onion in the butter until clear. Add the garlic, fry for a couple of minutes.

2. Add the grated potatoes. Fry for a few minutes, constantly stirring. 

3. Then add the chicken stock to the saucepan and lower the heat until it is just simmering for 10 minutes.

4. Add in the broccoli and cook for 6-8 minutes until just tender.

5. Blend with a stick mix.

6. Add cheese and parsley and stir until melted.

my writing work

This is my writing work.  It took 3 days to write this. It was fun. I really enjoyed it.

It wasn't hard at all. I hope we get to do it again. Next time in my story I will try to write it quicker.
